Mara's Dream – Paths to a Life-Affirming Future

The philosophical novel tells the story of 17-year-old Mara Fink, who, inspired by the homeless Kurt and the mystical figure Gaia, begins to question the social and ecological injustices of a neoliberal society. Together with her friends, she fights for change and realizes that real change requires an inner transformation of people. The novel invites readers to critically reflect on the existing social system and try out more life-affirming ways of life.

Humboldt work

This Humboldt thesis explores the metaphysical assumption of relationality as a basis for new thinking in the natural and social sciences. Through the analysis of quantum physics, Whitehead's process philosophy and Nāgārjuna's doctrine of the mean, the mechanistic worldview of Western science is challenged. The thesis presents relationality as a possible solution to the challenges of the 21st century and invites critical questioning of established, substantial thinking.

Bachelor's thesis

This bachelor thesis develops a substanceless way of thinking, based on the metaphysical categories of relationality, process and potentiality. By combining insights from quantum physics, process philosophy and social sciences, a theoretical framework is developed that enables alternative perspectives on the development of Western civilization. The thesis invites you to rethink social and ecological challenges.

Master's thesis

This master's thesis examines the extent to which neoliberal capitalism promotes life-affirming or life-denying social structures. Using the ethics of life-affirmation, based on Hans Jonas' "Principle of Responsibility" and indigenous philosophies, the basic ideas of neoliberal economic theories are critically discussed. Since it is doubtful whether neoliberal capitalism creates structures in which people affirm life, the thesis argues for examining alternative economic theories.
